To order online simply use our secure shopping cart Click on the “Add To Basket” button next to each item you would like to purchase. After you are finished shopping click on our “Check Out” button, fill out the order form and submit, then you are finished! It’s a very simple process.
FREE Shipping
There will be no shipping charge on any order of $50.00 or more within
the lower 48 US states. This limited time offer applies only to standard
UPS or FedEx ground shipping. Simply place your order and enjoy the free
shipping! Exclusions apply to oversize and overweight items. For orders
under $50.00 there will be a $7.95 shipping charge.
Shipping Time Frame
Your order may ship out of our warehouse or we may ship it directly from
one of our many suppliers and/or manufacturers. Most orders ship within
2-3 business days and take approx. 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Chelsea
Clocks will take on an average of 2-3 weeks to ship.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is also available for an additional charge. If you would
like a quote for 1, 2 or 3 day shipping please call us at: 1-800-737-2142
or e-mail us at: sales@brassbinnacle.com. We do ask that you call or
e-mail for express shipping so we can guarantee the delivery date due to
factory policies and varied shipping locations. If you e-mail us please
provide a daytime phone # so we can quickly contact you. We will need to
know the item/s you want to order, zip code and the date you wish to
receive the shipment.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
Items shipped to Alaska & Hawaii will require an additional shipping
charge. We will notify you of this charge after your order is placed.
Returns
All items are 100% guaranteed. A returned item/s must be shipped in the
original packaging. Please enclose your name, order # & specify you would
like a refund when shipping any item/s back to us. Returns must be made
within 30 days of the receiving or signed for date. If you are returning
an item/s because it was damaged in shipping we will pay the shipping cost
and either replace the item/s or give you a full refund. Returned items
must be packaged well. If you are returning an item/s for any other reason
than it being damaged in shipping you must ship the item/s back to us and
after we receive the item/s we will give you a refund minus the shipping
cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-damaged items. Non-stocked
items, special orders, clearance items and personalized items are
non-refundable.

Restocking Fee
There will be a 10% restocking fee on all non-defective orders that are
returned without exchange. This fee covers the cost charged to us by the
supplier/manufacturer each time we have to send back a non-defective item
without replacement.
Refused and Unopened Shipments
If you refuse a shipment or receive the shipment but leave the item/s in
the original un-opened box and return it then the restocking fee is
waived.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
P.O. Boxes, APO's & FPO's
We use FedEx & UPS and they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a
physical address when placing an order with us. If you do not have a
physical address we will do our best to accomodate your shipping needs. We
support our US Military & do our best to accomodate APO and FPO addresses.
On orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii we may choose to ship the order USPS
if the shipping rate is less than FedEx and UPS.
Gift Cards
If you would like for us to include a gift card please let us know when
you place your order. We will send one of our gift cards for you upon
receiving instructions from you on how you want the card written. This
service is free of charge. We will not be able to
send a gift card if your order is sent directly from the
manufacturer/supplier.
